- Connecting with accounting professionals
- Connecting with business domiciliation professionals
SCOPE
The present Terms and Conditions apply to any contract concluded remotely via the Internet, in accordance with the provisions of the Law 31-08 relating to consumer protection.
PRICING
All prices are listed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), all taxes includedThe Provider reserves the right to modify prices at any time.
However, services will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.
ORDERING PROCESS
Any order requires:
- Creating a customer account
- The provision of information necessary for the performance of the service
- Express acceptance of these terms and conditions Terms and Conditions
- Full payment of the order
The contract is deemed to have been formed upon order confirmation sent by email.
RATES AND PAYMENT TERMS
Prices are indicated in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) and get along without taxes on added value (HT), unless otherwise indicated on the displayed price.
WT SERVICES reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. In the event of a change, services will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.
Payment is made via the means offered on the site (Bank card, transfer).
Any order is firm and definitive upon receipt of payment.
PROCESSING TIMES
Services are generally processed within 3 to 5 working days, unless otherwise indicated due to the nature or complexity of the file.
WINTIME.MA is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party administrations (OMPIC, courts, etc.).
NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with theArticle 32 of Law 31-08, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the legal period of 7 days, with the express prior consent of the Client.
By ordering a service on WINTIME.MA, the Client acknowledges expressly waive his right of withdrawal upon execution of the service.
CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITY
The customer agrees to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Quickly transmit the required documents
Any failure may result in the suspension or cancellation of the service without refund.
The Client is solely responsible the accuracy and completeness of the information it provides to WT-SERVICES.
Any document generated on the basis of erroneous or incomplete data is binding on the exclusive responsibility of the Client.
RESPONSIBILITY
The Service Provider is required to obligation of means and not a result. He cannot be held responsible:
- Delays related to administrations (OMPIC, CNSS, DGI, etc.)
- Refusal of registration for legal or administrative reasons
- Consequences of fraudulent or incorrect use of the service
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the law n ° 09-08 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, the data collected is subject to a statement to the CNDP.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION – APPLICABLE LAW
The present Terms and Conditions are governed by the Moroccan legislation.
In the event of a dispute, an attempt to amicable resolution will be preferred. Failing that, the Moroccan courts will be the only ones competent.
