INTRO
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the " GTC ") govern the contractual relationship between:
WINTIME.MA , a service published by WT SERVICES
Having its registered office at 12 rue Saria ben Zounaim, 3rd floor, No. 3, Palmier, Casablanca. Registered in the Casablanca Trade Register under number 559481.
hereinafter referred to as " the Service Provider ",
and any natural or legal person, hereinafter referred to as " the Client ", wishing to benefit from the services offered on the website www.wintime.ma.
OBJECT
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the terms and conditions under which WINTIME.MA provides the Client with online business creation services in Morocco, including in particular the incorporation of companies, the management of administrative formalities, and the connection with other professionals.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Any order placed on www.wintime.ma implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Client acknowledges having read , understood and accepted the conditions, without reservation.
SERVICES OFFERED
The site offers online services related to the creation and administrative management of businesses in Morocco, including:
- Creation of a sole proprietorship or company
- Connecting with accounting professionals
- Connecting with business domiciliation professionals
SCOPE
These General Terms and Conditions apply to any contract concluded remotely via the Internet, in accordance with the provisions of Law 31-08 relating to consumer protection.
PRICING
All prices are quoted in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) , inclusive of all taxes . The Service Provider reserves the right to change prices at any time.
However, services will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.
ORDERING PROCESS
Any order requires:
- Creating a customer account
- The provision of information necessary for the performance of the service
- Express acceptance of these terms and conditions Terms and Conditions
- Full payment of the order
The contract is deemed to be formed upon receipt of the order confirmation sent by email.
RATES AND PAYMENT TERMS
Prices are indicated in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) and are exclusive of value added tax ( HT ), unless otherwise stated on the displayed price.
WT SERVICES reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. In the event of a change, services will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.
Payment is made via the methods offered on the site ( credit card , bank transfer ).
All orders are firm and final upon receipt of payment.
PROCESSING TIMES
Services are generally processed within 3 to 5 working days , unless otherwise indicated due to the nature or complexity of the case.
WINTIME.MA is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party administrations (OMPIC, courts, etc.).
NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article 32 of Law 31-08 , the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the legal period of 7 days, with the express prior agreement of the Client.
By ordering a service on WINTIME.MA , the Client expressly acknowledges waiving their right of withdrawal once the service has been performed.
CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITY
The customer agrees to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Quickly transmit the required documents
Any breach may result in the suspension or cancellation of the service without refund.
The Client is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information he/she provides to WT SERVICES.
Any document generated on the basis of erroneous or incomplete data is the sole responsibility of the Client.
RESPONSIBILITY
The Service Provider is bound by an obligation of means , not of result. It cannot be held liable for:
- Delays related to administrations (OMPIC, CNSS, DGI, etc.)
- Refusal of registration for legal or administrative reasons
- Consequences of fraudulent or incorrect use of the service
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with Law No. 09-08 relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, the data collected is subject to a declaration to the CNDP.
The Customer has a right of access, rectification and objection which they can exercise at any time by email to: contact@wintime.ma
DISPUTE RESOLUTION – APPLICABLE LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by Moroccan law.
In the event of a dispute, an attempt at amicable resolution will be favored. Failing that, the Moroccan courts will have sole jurisdiction.
